Ever since the creation of man as His Khalifa of this universe, Allah has been sending his messengers, known as Rasul or Prophets, across this universe. Hazrat Adam was the first messenger of Allah to arrive on this planet (May Allah Bless him). A total of 1,24,000 prophets are claimed to have appeared after him and up until the time of the last prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
