What Is Life After Death?

Every Muslim holds the belief that his life’s affairs would be resolved in the life after death. Both good and bad deeds will receive the appropriate punishment or reward. No action, no matter how good or terrible, will go unpunished. Every Muslim who accepts the divinity of Allah and the prophethood of the Prophet (PBUH) holds to the concept that good deeds will be rewarded in the form of paradise and wicked deeds will be punished in the form of hell. This belief is an essential component of the Muslim religion. All Muslims adhere to the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) Sunnah with regard to their belief in life after death.

Life After Death

Principles of Life After Death:

1. According to Surah Qaaf, every individual has two angels sitting on their right and left sides who are responsible for keeping track of their good and bad deeds. It implies that a pair of angels known as “Kiraman Katibeen” is keeping track of all good and bad deeds. On the Day of Judgment, the person will be seen in all of their deeds. These actions will be scored on a scale, and depending on the position, will either be awarded or penalized.

2. Every Muslim holds that, in accordance with the Holy Quran’s revelation, every person will experience excruciating suffering as their spirit is pulled from their body upon death.

Both Surah Anaam and Surah Qaaf make mention of this terrible suffering. A person will currently be punished more severely for the more evil crimes they have committed. According to the Holy Prophet (PBUH), a true person’s soul will be removed with little suffering, much like butter’s hair is removed.

3. The fact of death. Every living thing must experience death, as revealed in Surah Ambiya of the Holy Qur’an. It is evident from this verse that all living things will eventually die, and when this happens, they will all experience the suffering that comes with the transition from life to death.

4. The grave is every soul’s final resting place after death. He was “later made to die and then carried to the grave,” according to the Surah Abas. It indicates that the grave is where the soul and the dead body meet. The grave is a concept in which it has been stated that the good and evil deeds done and the end outcomes would have their effects on the body of the person after death. It is not just a place where the dead corpse is buried. Whether the body was burned to ashes, eaten by animals, or exposed to the elements, the soul is infused into it and it becomes alive.

Whether the body was burned to ashes, eaten by animals, or exposed to the elements, the soul is infused into it and it becomes alive. If the response is accurate, a window from paradise is opened on his grave, allowing cool paradise air to fill it until the Day of Judgment. If the response is inaccurate, a window from hell is opened on him, allowing fiery flames to enter his grave, and he continues to burn until the Day of Judgment.

6. The angel Israfil will blast his sound on the Day of Judgment, and all creatures will be able to hear it. And at the same time, every living thing will pass away. He will blast the same sound once more, at which point all the dead bodies of men, women, animals, and birds will come to life and move toward the location of judgment. The Day of Judgment has begun, and this is the most terrifying moment in human history.

7 The Day of Judgment There are numerous instances throughout the Holy Quran where the Day of Judgement is mentioned. It has been revealed in Surah Yasin that “there will be a high sound by which all will suddenly gather and be presented before Us (Allah)”. On the same day, not a single person will be treated unfairly, and you will only be compensated for the deeds you performed during your lifetime, according to the same sura.

8. These words make it very obvious that the Day of Judgment is the Day of Justice, the Day of Payment, the Day of Reward, the Day of Punishment, and the Day of the Last Day of the Universe’s System. Everything will be resolved once and for all. The good people will enter paradise, while the evil people will enter hell and perish there for all time. It implies that no one will pass away following this Day.

People who have done good things throughout their lives will be treated as guests in the Heavens (Firdous), where they will reside forever and never want to leave. Come out of Qaaf has been revealed in the Surah.

9۔ Allah outlined the conditions of the inhabitants of paradise in Surah Al-Imran, saying that those who feared God would have gardens with running canals for them. They will remain in these gardens all of the time, and Allah will hold them there as hostage. Anything from Allah is much better for nice people. These verses make it very apparent that those who live in paradise will be Allah’s guests and that they will be so content there that they will never want to leave. They will make Allah happy, and Allah will make them happy.

Grave and Man

CONCLUSION:

We can infer the following from the aforementioned references and discussion:

  • 1. Death occurs to all living things.
  • 2. It is also a reality that the soul experiences agony as it leaves the body at the time of death.
  • 3. It is true that accounts of good and bad deeds in the dead exist, and each person will have to respond to the angels’ inquiries. While every dead body will come back to life after being buried or otherwise.
  • 4. Everybody has two angels on their shoulders, one on each shoulder, to record their good and bad deeds.
  • 5. Every living thing will die before the Day of Judgement is established, and every dead body will then come to life. When all living things from the beginning of time have gathered in one location, this event is known as the Day of Judgement.
  • 6. For everyone, the Day of Judgment is the most terrifying day. Even the messengers of Allah will be afraid of Allah when it comes time for them to give an account for their entire lives, let alone the average person.
  • 7. Both paradise and hell are real because both good and bad actions will result in rewards.
  • 8. Until Allah gives the okay on the Day of Judgment, no one will be able to speak in front of Him. Everyone will be held accountable for the actions they took during their lifetime. No appeals will be heard or, even if they are, no acts will be accepted on that day. because the reward for good conduct only pertains to this world’s existence. From this result, we again draw the conclusion that Islam includes a belief in an afterlife.
